Technical Service Coordinator – 18 months FTC to cover maternity, Milton Keynes. Salary £34,525.00 – Office based with some flexibility.
Our client is a market leader within the Medical Equipment industry; they’re looking to recruit a Technical Service Coordinator to cover maternity leave for 18 months. This role is to provide support to the business core accounts to deliver timely and professional customer service to the customers who call into the Customer Support Centre to deliver a seamless consolidated service for their technical and product enquiries.
The ideal person will have a solid background in handling/responding to customer calls and emails. You will have exceptional relationship building skills, with customers and partner suppliers of parts and equipment. You will have a calm, logical approach, and take down technical instruction and information to pass to an engineer. Strong MS Dynamics service experience is essential or equivalent in Salesforce, and it would be an advantage if you have worked in a similar role within the medical or technical industries (but not essential as full training will be given).
Main Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls via the dedicated MSC/Customer Service hotline.
- Manage and resolve mailbox enquiries.
- Accurately log faults within the MS Dynamics CRM for partner and supplier equipment.
- Scheduling the following activities:
- Emergency call outs
- Routine Maintenance PPM visits
- Urgent Field Corrective Action & ECR requirements
- Collaborative working with the field service engineering team to meet customer requirements.
- Escalation of customer issues.
- Inventory management.
- Continually strengthen and develop relationships with business partners.
- Attend all required company training including Health and Safety training.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Comprehensive skills in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a customer service environment working towards KPI targets.
- KPI report writing experience for customer accounts.
- Highly skilled in English communication.
- Experience in dealing with escalations to different stakeholders.
- Experience of working within the field of diagnostics (desirable).
- Commercially Astute.
- Experience of working with managed service contracts.
