Our client offers outsourced medical information inquiry handling and pharmacovigilance services to clients across the pharmaceutical industry.
The Role
- Collecting, reviewing, and reporting adverse event data in compliance with local and global regulations and company SOPs
- Accurate computer entry of adverse event information and, when required, reporting to regulatory authorities
- Participating in meetings and supporting the Medical Information Manager in maintaining SOPs and working practices
- Liaising with pharmaceutical companies and business partners on a daily basis
Minimum Qualifications
- Suitable qualifications for healthcare sector (i.e. diploma or degree).
- Some relevant experience of working in the Medical Information field or equivalent customer service role.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Candidates with no previous medical information experience will join as Medical Information Administrator (Salary will reflect this)
- Candidates with 2+ yearsβ relevant experience will join as Medical Information Associate (Salary will reflect this)
