They are seeking a part-time skilled and proactive Facilities Handyperson (FHP) to join their business centre team in Kings Hill.

This is a key role for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of decorating, preventative maintenance, H&S and customer service.

About the role Working alongside a full-time FHP, the successful candidate will assist with the daily upkeep of the site, supporting robust H&S and Fire Safety procedures, carrying out general maintenance tasks, and ensuring the centre always presents an excellent impression.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out routine site and H&S checks, including waste areas, buildings and outdoor spaces.
  • Undertake decorating tasks in vacated offices bringing the units back to specification ready for incoming customers.
  • Carry out general maintenance and handyperson duties at the centre.
  • Take regular meter readings – electricity, gas, water.
  • To be familiar with the company values and at all times behave in a manner that is entirely consistent with these values
