They are seeking a part-time skilled and proactive Facilities Handyperson (FHP) to join their business centre team in Kings Hill.
This is a key role for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of decorating, preventative maintenance, H S and customer service.
About the role Working alongside a full-time FHP, the successful candidate will assist with the daily upkeep of the site, supporting robust H S and Fire Safety procedures, carrying out general maintenance tasks, and ensuring the centre always presents an excellent impression.
Key responsibilities Carry out routine site and H S checks, including waste areas, buildings and outdoor spaces.
Undertake decorating tasks in vacated offices bringing the units back to specification ready for incoming customers.
Carry out general maintenance and handyperson duties at the centre.
Take regular meter readings – electricity, gas, water.
