We are recruiting a Financial Advisor for our successful financial planning company based in Milton Keynes, with an expanding team of experienced Financial Advisers. They provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to individuals, families, and business owners throughout the country. Integrating all aspects of their clients’ financial lives, including investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, mortgage, protection, and legacy planning. We are seeking an established Wealth Financial Adviser who is both technically skilled and relationship oriented with experience dealing with a wide variety of clients and a personable approach. Role Overview: You will provide holistic financial planning and wealth management advice, tailored to each client’s unique needs and life goals. You will deliver a cohesive and highly personalised service that prioritises clients’ long-term financial wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver tailored advice on investments, pensions, IHT planning, protection, estate planning, and broader wealth strategies. * Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, building deep, long-term relationships. * Conduct detailed fact-finding and cashflow modelling to understand clients’ current position and future goals. * Collaborate with our client support team, product providers and other professionals to develop and implement financial plans. * Maintain full compliance with FCA regulations and internal governance procedures. * Actively contributes to firm-wide goals, including cross-referrals, knowledge sharing, and client service excellence. * Engage in business development, client referrals, and professional networking as appropriate. Required Skills & Qualifications * Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII or equivalent) * Current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS). * Proven experience advising clients in a regulated financial services environment. * Demonstrated success working with complex financial planning cases across a variety of clients * Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax planning, and estate planning. * Excellent interpersonal, listening, and relationship management skills. * Strong ethics and client-first mindset; comfortable working in a fee-based, consultative environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM, FE analytics, cashflow modelling software.
