The company offers high quality flexible workspace and support services to a diverse community of small and growing businesses.
Your role:
- Support/deputise the Centre Manager with day-to-day operations and overall site management.
- Ensure robust Health & Safety and Fire Safety procedures are maintained.
- Conduct viewings of available workspaces to potential customers, promoting facilities and services.
- Manage administration tasks, including the preparation of licence agreements and setting up of new customer accounts.
- Deliver excellent reception and customer service duties, including handling enquiries.
- Be familiar with the values of the company and behave in a manner that is entirely consistent with these values.
Full time: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Holiday: 25 days rising to 28 after qualifying period.
