Our client is a leading provider of commercial Business Centres in the Southeast, offering flexible workspace for small and growing businesses. Due to major refurbishment works taking place within the centre, our client is seeking a Deputy Centre Manager on a 2-year fixed-term contract.
Your role will include:
- Supporting the Centre Manager to ensure that customers are provided with all the services to which they are entitled.
- Ensuring the maintenance of robust Health & Safety and Fire Procedures.
- Deputising for the Centre Manager and undertaking all associated responsibilities in their absence.
- Being familiar with the Company Values and behaving in a manner that is consistent with these values.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with no complaints regarding the standard and execution of services.
- Ensuring consistent high occupancy.
- Timely delivery of all necessary services and documentation.
Full time: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Holiday: 25 days rising to 28 after qualifying period (plus Bank Holidays)
The ideal person will have experience in a similar role or as a Senior Receptionist. As this role will sit on reception with full reception duties, you will be responsible for ensuring customers are provided with a full range of business support services.
