We are recruiting a Contract Manager for our client who are a leading diagnostic solutions and medical equipment provider based in Milton Keynes. As a Contract Manager you will be responsible for leading the negotiation, execution, governance and ongoing management of Managed Service Contracts, commercial agreements and Partner Supplier sub-contracts across the company diagnostic portfolio. You will act as the commercial contract subject matter expert, supporting major tender opportunities, contract mobilisation, performance management and contract renewals whilst ensuring regulatory compliance and effective management of commercial, contractual and operational risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Tender Response and Contract negotiation - Successful completion of all commercial contract negotiations and documentation on behalf of the business when supplying direct to customers within the NHS or Private Sector. Liaising with the company’s lawyers as well as legal representatives from customers and Partner Suppliers to finalise commercial contract negotiations (including KPIs) both during the tender process and following award.
