Aspire People are delighted to be recruiting for a passionate and committed Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Druids Heath. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a one-form entry Year 5 class and play a key role in supporting pupils as they continue their journey through Key Stage 2. The school welcomes applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full teaching role, including planning, preparation, assessment, and marking, whilst creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
The Role:
- Full-time Year 5 Teacher position
- Teaching a class of 34 pupils
- Full responsibility for planning, preparation, assessment, and marking
- Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Tracking pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and school leaders
- Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
