Aspire People is seeking an experienced SEND HLTA to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Druids Heath, Birmingham, supporting a Year 5 class with pupils who have additional needs.
The role focuses on delivering targeted interventions, supporting behaviour and emotional regulation, and helping pupils develop confidence and academic skills through 1:1 and small-group sessions, under the guidance of the class teacher and SENDCo.
