Aspire People is seeking an experienced Year 5 SEND HLTA for a welcoming mainstream primary school in Druids Heath, Birmingham. The role focuses on delivering targeted SEND interventions and supporting pupils with additional needs within a Year 5 class.

The ideal candidate will have strong SEND experience, be confident with 1:1 and small-group work, and capable of maintaining calm, structured learning environments while collaborating closely with the class teacher and SENDCo.
