An excellent school located in Sutton Coldfield is looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant who will work within Year 4. This role is supporting 2 children with ADHD. They are based within the main classroom majority of the time, and they just need some guidance and support with staying on task. As both children can often get distracted, the school is looking for somebody who can think on their feet and find ways to keep work engaging.

Requirements:

  • Level 2/3 Health and Social Care/Teaching Assistant/EYFS/Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting individuals with SEND
  • A calming nature, with a passion for making a difference to children's learning
  • Able to provide at least 2 reference contact details, covering at least 2 years
  • An enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service – if you do not currently have a DBS you will be required to apply for one during the registration process
