Are you a qualified and experienced teacher looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for teaching young learners in Year 4? We are seeking dedicated and skilled Class Teachers to join Aspire People to work in Telford to work in a Year 4 class from September 2025.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to Year 4 students.
* Follow the existing curriculum and schemes of work, ensuring continuity and progression in learning.
* Collaborate with the Year 4 teaching team to plan engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Assess student progress, provide feedback, and record observations in line with school policies.
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports the development of each child.
* Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive learning community.
* Uphold the school\’s values and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.
* Contribute to the wider school community through participation in meetings, events, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/ECT.)
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (ideally Year 4.)

* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
