Aspire People is seeking a Year 4 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis in West Bromwich. You will help the pupil access learning, build confidence and thrive within the school environment.
Experience with children and SEN needs is desirable. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals, with ongoing training and a focus on safeguarding and pupil welfare. A £250 referral bonus is offered for successful candidate referrals.
