Key Responsibilities

  • Support the social, emotional, and behavioral development of students with additional needs, promoting positive behavior and well-being.

  • Assist in the implementation of individual learning plans (ILPs) and track the progress of children.
  • Encourage independence in students, promoting their confidence and self-esteem.
  • Support the teacher in maintaining a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
