We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in schools across Wolverhampton.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Experience supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs is an advantage.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- A caring, patient, and flexible approach to supporting children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN.
- Assist children with their learning, emotional wellbeing, and social development.
- Support the delivery of EHCP targets in collaboration with teachers and other professionals.
- Encourage a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
