Aspire People is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants and Cover Supervisors to join schools and alternative provision settings in the Wolverhampton area, supporting students with SEND, SEMH, Autism, and complex needs.
The Role:
- Supporting students with learning and behaviour needs
- Implementing personalised strategies for SEMH, Autism, and complex needs
- Assisting in the classroom and/or supervising groups as a Cover Supervisor
- Managing behaviours that challenge with patience, consistency, and care
We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 6 months' experience working in schools or with children in the UK
- Experience of dealing with behaviours that challenge
- Knowledge of SEMH, Autism, complex needs, and SEND
- Relevant qualification in education, SEND support, or similar
- Calm, resilient, and patient approach
- Reliable, flexible, and available for daily emergency cover as well as long-term assignments
