Are you an experienced SEND TA looking for a new role? A school in Lozells is currently looking for an experienced SEND TA to work within their resource base, supporting children in Year 1-3 with ASD, including some non-verbal children. This role also includes aspects of personal care and starts ASAP, continuing on an ongoing basis.

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Level 2 + Teaching Assistant Qualification (NVQ / CACHE preferable)
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND on a one-to-one basis
  • Experience of MAKATON is preferable but not essential
  • Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
  • Recent primary school experience within the last 2 years
