Part-time Year 3 Class Teacher
Aspire People are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Kings Norton on a job share basis, starting after February half term. This role is three days per week (Monday to Wednesday), with a half day of PPA time incorporated alongside the other class teacher to ensure effective planning, assessment, and continuity for pupils.
Role Will Include:
- Shared responsibility for a Year 3 class
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Working collaboratively with the job-share partner to ensure consistency
- Assessing pupil progress and contributing to effective transition and continuity
- Creating a positive, well-managed classroom environment
- Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues as required
Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS
- Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience desirable)
- Be organised, flexible, and collaborative
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management
- Be committed to inclusive and high-quality teaching
