The school supports pupils with autism and associated speech, language and communication needs and provides a structured, supportive environment where pupils are supported to work towards GCSEs and positive post‑16 outcomes. This role will involve supporting pupils across multiple year groups, working within small classes of up to 10 pupils.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils to access a bespoke secondary curriculum.
