About the Role
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Long-Term SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs across Sandwell schools. This long-term role offers stability, meaningful work, and the chance to make a genuine impact on students' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one or small group support for SEND pupils
- Assist with learning activities, classroom management, and daily routines
- Support social, emotional, and academic development
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to meet pupils' needs
