The Role
- Teach Science across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the opportunity to teach your specialist subject at Key Stage 5 if applicable.
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons.
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the continued development of the Science department.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting.
- Has strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Combined Science.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Is committed to raising student achievement and inspiring a passion for science.
