WHAT WOULD THE ROLE INVOLVE? * Supporting pupils with additional needs, including those with SEND, by providing appropriate differentiation and working closely with support staff. * Developing literacy and numeracy skills, helping pupils build confidence as they transition into Key Stage 2. * Maintaining accurate records of pupil attainment, progress, attendance and other relevant information. * Working collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, parents and carers to support pupils' academic progress and wellbeing.
