The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for children aged 4 - 11 years and prides itself on offering high-quality education to all pupils, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) through their dedicated SEND bases.
What We’re Looking For:
- A committed and compassionate individual with a passion for working with children.
- Experience working with primary‑aged children, preferably in a SEND setting (but not essential).
- The ability to support children both in the classroom and in small group or 1:1 settings, tailored to individual needs.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- An understanding of child development and an eagerness to support children’s learning and wellbeing.
