Are you an experienced Cleaner looking for temporary work within schools? Aspire People are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Cleaners for temporary assignments in primary and secondary schools across Dudley and Walsall. Previous experience cleaning commercial buildings is essential, ideally within a school or educational setting. However, school-based experience is not essential for the right candidate. Applicants must be available to start as soon as possible and be happy to work on a temporary, flexible basis as and when required. Key Responsibilities As a School Cleaner, your duties will include, but are not limited to: * Cleaning communal areas, corridors and hallways throughout the school. * Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities. * Cleaning kitchen areas and other shared spaces. * Wiping down and sanitising tables, classroom desks and other surfaces. * Ensuring classrooms and school facilities are clean, tidy and hygienic. * Following appropriate cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines. Requirements To be considered for these opportunities, you must: * Have previous experience in commercial cleaning. * Be reliable, hardworking and able to work independently. * Be available to undertake temporary assignments at short notice. * Be willing to complete our full registration process. * Provide the necessary Right to Work documentation. * Hold an eligible Enhanced DBS certificate for the Child Workforce registered on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain a new check through us. DBS and Registration Requirements All applicants must complete our full registration process, including providing the required Right to Work documents. You must either have an eligible Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new Enhanced DBS check through Aspire People.
