Are you a qualified and experienced teacher looking for a new challenge in the new year? Do you have a passion for teaching pupils in Year 2? We are seeking dedicated and skilled Class Teachers to join Aspire People to work in a school in Walsall, working in their Year 2 class, starting in February 2026 until July 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in Year 2.
- Follow the existing curriculum and schemes of work, ensuring continuity and progression in learning.
- Collaborate with the Early Years teaching team to plan engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and record observations in line with school policies.
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports the development of each child.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive learning community.
- Uphold the school's values and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/ECT).
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Preferably Year 2).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
