The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher absences
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Manage behaviour effectively and confidently
- Support students to remain engaged and focused throughout lessons
- Adapt to different school settings and age groups
- Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with young people in schools, colleges, youth work, coaching, training or similar environments
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A calm, resilient and professional approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build positive relationships quickly
Experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and behavioural needs is highly desirable.
