Aspire People are recruiting Psychology Graduates to work within primary schools supporting pupils with

SEND, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and additional learning needs .

This role provides excellent experience for graduates considering careers in

Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Teaching, SENCO, Occupational Therapy, or Child Mental Health .

You’ll gain invaluable experience working alongside experienced teachers and SEND professionals while making a genuine difference to children’s lives.

The Role

  • Supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small-group basis
  • Helping children develop emotional regulation and confidence
  • Delivering intervention activities under teacher guidance
  • Supporting classroom learning and behaviour strategies
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and families where appropriate
