The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to support individual and group learning
- Build trusting relationships with students who may have experienced trauma, anxiety, or behavioural challenges
- Use your psychology knowledge to understand behaviour and help implement strategies to support emotional regulation-li>
- Play a key role in creating a calm, consistent, and positive learning environment
