We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor for secondary schools in Telford. You will support students in managing behaviour, improving engagement, and accessing learning opportunities. This is a long-term placement starting in January.
Responsibilities:
- Support students in managing behaviour and engagement
- Provide 1:1 mentoring and support for identified students
- Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff
- Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour
