Teaching Assistants Needed - RCT Super School - September 2026 Start! Want to work in a unique school environment supporting pupils from Nursery through to Sixth Form? We are recruiting enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants for opportunities within a Super School in Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT), supporting learners aged 3-18. This role offers a varied and rewarding opportunity to work across different age groups and phases while building valuable classroom experience.

The Role

  • Support pupils in lessons and school activities
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
  • Support children with additional needs where required
