Teaching Assistants (x2) - Full Time, Term Time Only

Start Date: September 2026

Location: Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire (NN15 postcode area)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 15:30pm

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and our SEND team to support pupils across the school. Our setting has a high SEND presence, so we are particularly interested in candidates who are passionate about inclusion and helping children overcome barriers to learning.

  • Support pupils in the classroom and through targeted interventions.
  • Build positive relationships that help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
  • Work alongside experienced teaching and support staff.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience working with primary-aged children (desirable but not essential).
  • Is patient, compassionate, and dedicated.
