We are currently seeking a qualified Supply Teaching Assistant to join our network for supply work in primary schools across Northampton.

Responsibilities

  • Support the classroom teacher with the delivery of lessons and activities.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special educational needs.
  • Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.
  • Help with the preparation of teaching resources and classroom materials.
  • Support the emotional and social development of students.
  • Assist in the marking and assessment of students\’ work as required.
  • Work closely with other teaching assistants and school staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent).
