We are currently seeking a qualified Supply Teaching Assistant to join our network for supply work in primary schools across Northampton.
Responsibilities
- Support the classroom teacher with the delivery of lessons and activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special educational needs.
- Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.
- Help with the preparation of teaching resources and classroom materials.
- Support the emotional and social development of students.
- Assist in the marking and assessment of students\’ work as required.
- Work closely with other teaching assistants and school staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent).
- Experience working with children in a primary school setting.
