We are recruiting teachers of all subjects for supply teaching roles in Coalville. The role involves covering daily absences, short‑term cover, part‑time or full‑time work, long‑term assignments, and permanent placements, depending on school needs. The position will start immediately and continues based on your availability and other commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Day‑to‑day work: cover daily teaching absences in local schools.
  • Short‑term cover: provide teaching for several weeks.
  • Part‑time and full‑time assignments throughout the school year.
  • Long‑term work: participate in school life, plan and mark in your specialist subject.
  • Permanen work: take on a full teaching role where required.

Qualifications

  • UK QTS/QTLS or further education teaching qualifications.
  • Relevant teaching experience across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is beneficial).
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team.

We require an enhanced DBS check and a commitment to safeguarding. All placements are subject to appropriate child protection screening, including checks with former employers and Disclosure and Barring Checks.
