Teacher - Leicester

Overview

Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible and regular work in Leicester? Aspire People are recruiting for Qualified Teachers of all specialisms in Leicester to meet high demand from local schools. We have exclusive arrangements with the Lionheart Academies Trust among other local schools, offering day-to-day teaching positions on a regular basis. This position starts immediately and is ongoing, scheduled around your availability and other commitments.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular teaching assignments across local schools to cover daily absences (day-to-day work).
• Take on short-term cover assignments that may last several weeks.
• Assist with part-time, full-time, long-term, and permanent roles as available.
• In long-term placements, engage more deeply with the school, including planning and marking in your specialist subject.
• Work at multiple local schools on general supply and possibly teach a mix of subjects as required.

Qualifications

• UK QTS/QTLS.
• Relevant teaching experience across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is beneficial).
• Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to working as part of a team.
