Aspire People are currently recruiting 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work in Primary schools (KS1 / KS2) based in Boston and surrounding areas.

We have some fantastic opportunities for 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work within mainstream Primary Schools across Boston and surrounding area. Providing individualised support and assistance to a specific student who may have specific SEN needs.
Supply roles can offer you a flexible lifestyle where you can choose the days you work and help to develop experience across a number of different schools, classes and year groups.
The ideal candidate for this role would be a talented, compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant, with a passion and willing to support students no matter what they need.
Level 2/3 Support Teaching or Learning (or ratio equivalent.)
Previous experience working with children in small groups or 1:1 capacity, preferably in an educational setting
Strong empathy and understanding of individual student need
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with the student, staff, and parents.
Patience, resilience, and the ability to provide emotional support when needed.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the student and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Knowledge of relevant teaching methodologies and resources for supporting individual students
Competitive salary based on experience.
Long-term contract with the option of extending or "as and when"
Developing social and cognitive development

Willing to undertake a DBS through Aspire People or be on the update service
