Location: Milton Keynes

Rate: Approx. Β£140 - Β£195 per day (dependent on MPS and experience)

We are working on behalf of a welcoming and well-resourced SEN school in Milton Keynes, seeking reliable and adaptable Supply SEND Teachers for an ASAP start.

This role is ideal for teachers who:

  • Hold QTS and have UK teaching experience
  • Are passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils with additional needs
  • Want flexible supply work within a specialist SEN environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to pupils with a range of SEND needs

  • Support pupils with complex learning, emotional, or behavioural needs
  • Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure continuity of learning

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (essential)
  • UK classroom teaching experience
  • A flexible, calm, and empathetic approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND
  • SEN experience is desirable but not essential – support and guidance provided
