About the Position:
- Provide classroom support across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons
- Work closely with pupils who require additional academic or emotional support
- Deliver focused interventions on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
This is a full-time, long-term role with strong potential to continue for the right candidate. A paid trial day will be arranged for shortlisted applicants.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Holds a degree in Psychology or a related subject
- Has experience supporting children or young people (school-based or similar)
