We are working with a fantastic school seeking a dedicated and proactive Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident delivering interventions, supporting pupils with additional needs, and taking responsibility for leading learning when required.
The Role
As a Level 4 Teaching Assistant, you will
Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions to support pupil progress.
Support pupils with SEND, SEMH, Autism, ADHD and additional learning needs.
Work alongside teachers to plan, prepare and deliver learning activities.
Lead learning sessions and supervise whole classes during teacher release time where required.
Adapt resources and learning activities to meet individual pupil needs.
Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Promote positive behaviour using consistent behaviour management strategies.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

Who: Holds a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Has previous experience within a primary school.
Has experience supporting pupils with SEND.
Is confident leading learning and intervention sessions.
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
