The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of additional learning needs. You will help create a positive learning environment where every child can thrive and achieve their full potential.
You may be teaching pupils with:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- ADHD
- Speech, Language and Communication Needs
- SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)
- Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties
- Complex Needs and Additional Disabilities
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs is desirable
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
- A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
- A commitment to supporting the educational and personal development of every pupil
