We are working with a lovely nursery based in Cradley Heath, who are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Room Leader to lead their Baby Room in a warm and welcoming nursery.
Responsibilities:
- Room Leader position within the Baby Room
- Working 4 days per week
- Shift pattern, 9 hours per day
- Leading a small team and supporting high-quality care and learning for children aged 0-2
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification or higher in Childcare (essential)
- Previous experience working with babies
- Confident in leading a room and supporting staff
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS
- Caring, reliable, and passionate about early years
