We are working with a lovely nursery based in Cradley Heath, who are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Room Leader to lead their Baby Room in a warm and welcoming nursery.

Responsibilities:

  • Room Leader position within the Baby Room
  • Working 4 days per week
  • Shift pattern, 9 hours per day
  • Leading a small team and supporting high-quality care and learning for children aged 0-2

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification or higher in Childcare (essential)
  • Previous experience working with babies
  • Confident in leading a room and supporting staff
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS
  • Caring, reliable, and passionate about early years
