Let's be honest: schools across St Helens are under real pressure, and demand for supply staff is high. We're a specialist education agency working closely with primary and SEND schools across the area, and at the moment we simply can't keep up. Every week, schools come to us needing dependable, adaptable supply teachers – whether that’s for day‑to‑day cover, PPA and training, or short‑ and long‑term sickness. Who does supply suit?

• ECTs & Graduates: A great way to build up classroom experience, confidence, and adaptability. Longer‑term placements can contribute towards your ECT induction and often open doors to permanent roles.
• M1–M6 Teachers: Teaching is tough, and burnout is real. Supply can give you the chance to take control again – less admin, more flexibility, and space to recharge while staying active in the classroom.
• Experienced & Specialist Teachers: We regularly receive requests for specific skill sets, particularly within SEND. Fixed‑term supply roles can help you take that next step or refocus your career in a new direction.

To be considered for this role, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, and both experienced teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply.
