Do you have a background in sport, coaching or mentoring young people? The skills you've developed on the pitch, in the gym or coaching children could be exactly what Primary Schools in South Manchester are looking for. Aspire People is recruiting confident, resilient and engaging individuals to support pupils within Primary Schools across Wythenshawe. These schools have a high number of vulnerable pupils, many of whom require positive role models who can build relationships, inspire confidence and help them re-engage with learning. This isn't a PE role. Instead, you'll use your coaching, communication and relationship-building skills to support children inside the classroom, helping them develop emotionally, socially and academically.

- Have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Display behaviours that challenge.
- Be disengaged from learning.
- Need support regulating their emotions.
- Lack confidence or positive role models.
You'll help children feel safe, engaged and ready to learn by building positive relationships, encouraging resilience and celebrating success-both inside and outside the classroom.
