Location and Hours: Spilsby, Lincolnshire

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term Time Only)

Role Overview:

  • Support pupils with a range of complex SEND needs within the classroom and wider school environment.
  • Work on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to help pupils access learning and achieve their individual targets.
  • Promote communication, independence, and engagement throughout the school day.
  • Assist with personal care and physical support where required.
  • Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to provide the best possible outcomes for learners.

Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with a range of complex SEND needs.
