Role Overview:
- Support pupils with a range of complex SEND needs within the classroom and wider school environment.
- Work on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to help pupils access learning and achieve their individual targets.
- Promote communication, independence, and engagement throughout the school day.
- Assist with personal care and physical support where required.
- Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to provide the best possible outcomes for learners.
