Aspire People are recruiting teaching assistants for a special needs school located in Lincoln. You must be able to drive and have your own car due to location and public transport constraints.
The role involves working one-to-one with students across KS1–KS4, alongside a team of assistants and the class teacher, to develop social and cognitive skills. Long-term rolling contract with potential for permanence, working Monday to Friday, 8:30–15:30.
