Are you an experienced 1-2-1 Learning Support with SEN experience looking for a new challenge?

I am currently recruiting for 1-2-1 Specialists who are based in Coventry to work with a range of local Primary schools. The positions available will allow you to work with a variety of Special Educational Needs & lower-level ability children who need dedicated consistent individuals to support them during their time in the classroom.

I am looking for experienced support staff who can encourage, motivate and support children so they can access the curriculum with ease. The children you will be supporting may demonstrate disruptive & challenging behaviour which is why we need confident learning support who are able to engage with the children and keep them on task.

To become a SEN TA with Aspire you will need:
* Relevant qualifications or long-term experience working with children on a one to one basis with a thorough knowledge of the EYFS to Y6 curriculum
* SEN experience.
* Able to communicate and build rapport with the children you support
* Confident in communicating with the SENCO, leadership team and parents
* Passionate about working with SEN children & dedicated to helping them thrive and achieve targets set in line with their individual education plan\’s (IEP)
* complete IEPs to ensure everything is covered and the child\’s accomplishments are recorded and rewarded.
* Provide references
* Complete Enhanced DBS check
