About the Opportunity:
Aspire People, a leading education agency, is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant at a school in Hinckley. This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and working within an inclusive, dynamic educational environment.
You\βll be supporting students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their personal and academic goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced staff and make a positive difference to young learners\β lives.
Key Duties Include:
Providing direct support to students with a range of SEN, helping them to access learning
Assisting in the development and implementation of tailored learning plans and strategies
Supporting students with personal and social development, including managing behavior
Liaising with teachers and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to students\β education
Offering emotional support and helping students build confidence and independence
Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
Who We\βre Looking For:
Experience working in a UK-based school, ideally with children who have special educational needs
A passion for supporting children and a genuine desire to help them succeed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
SEN-related qualifications or training is an advantage but not essential
