Join our agency team and support students aged 11-16 with SEMH needs, ASD, attachment disorders and behavioural needs in a welcoming Alternative Provision where practical learning changes lives.

Location: Solihull

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Ongoing, with potential for permanent placement

About the Role: You'll deliver engaging Hair & Beauty lessons that introduce students to salon skills, professionalism, client care and employability. You'll help learners build confidence, develop practical abilities and experience success through vocational education while creating a calm, supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • QTS or relevant Hair & Beauty qualifications
  • Industry experience within hair, beauty or barbering
  • Passion for vocational education
  • Experience supporting young people with additional needs
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Teaching or assessing qualifications
  • Experience within Alternative Provision
  • Vocational qualification delivery experience
  • Trauma-informed practice
