Join our agency team and work in a supportive Alternative Provision supporting students aged 11-16 with SEMH needs, ASD, attachment disorders and behavioural needs. Location: Solihull Start Date: ASAP Contract: Ongoing, with potential for permanent placement About the Role: We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming Alternative Provision where positive relationships are at the heart of every student's journey. As the Behaviour Intervention Lead, you'll work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and senior leaders to support students whose behaviour presents barriers to learning. You'll implement behaviour strategies, deliver targeted interventions and help students develop emotional regulation, resilience and positive coping strategies. Your ability to remain calm, build trust and model positive behaviour will play a key role in helping students achieve successful outcomes.
