Aspire People are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Shrewsbury. This is a full-time, long-term role where you'll provide valuable support to children with special educational needs, helping them thrive in a classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons to children with additional needs.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, ensuring their learning is accessible and engaging.
- Assist with the development of individual learning plans (ILPs) for students.
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all pupils.
